How to Build a PC?

Have you ever thought about how to build a PC? That process may help you understand and practice to make a PC by yourself. Before proceeding, you have to prepare equipment and basic parts of a computer such as motherboard, processor, RAM, video card, case, power supply, hard drive, optical drive, speakers, keyboard, mouse. There are three steps to build a PC that you can follow.
The first step is adding processor and RAM to the motherboard. Before you proceed, you unwrap the motherboard and processor. Then put processor comes with its own fan. After that, align marked corners of processor and socket. Next, the fan will comes with instruction. You have to put the fan in place by locking it. Last, install RAM with firm pressure. You push on it and lock both sides in place.
The second step is assemblying in the case. It means putting the power supply, cover plate, motherboard, standoffs, and wires into the case. First, you have to put motherboard and power supply into the case. You also remember to use some screws to keep motherboard and power supply in place. Second, you put the cover plate which comes with motherboard. You will hear a click when cover plate is put in place. Then the motherboard has to be screwed into the case. Next, the spacers will come with motherboard. You have to line up motherboard with plate and spacers. You should remember to put it in place and be careful when installing screws. After that, put fan and wires into the case. Fan side faces outside and wires face inside to connect with power supply. There will be an obvious connector for the motherboard, and small four pin connectors give power to CPU. You have to notice about both connectors will have obvious ports. Next, use manual to connect remaining wires, and you find where to connect each wire using manual. Finally, connect case fans using available wires from power supply.
The last step is installing hard disk and CD ROM inside case. First, you install hard disk using bracket. Bracket comes with four special screws. Then you glide hard disk into appropriate slot. Next, connect power supply to the hard disk using supplied cable. You should remember that you have to align red stripe with pin one on motherboard. One side of IED slot will be marked as pin one on the back of the drive. Second, you install CD drive into the case. CD drive is going to be fixed in front of the case. You glide it into the slot and make sure the drive is aligned properly. You put the CD drive in place by using four screws. Next, connect drive using supplied cable. You have to align red stripe with pin one and put it in motherboard. Finally, you put optional AGP video card. You look at the motherboard and find that slot. Then glide the card up and push on it to keep in place.
